He is a Fellow of TheAmerican Institute of Architects and recognized as the Father of the Green Building Movement in PR. He is the island’s recognized authority in the field with a long and distinguished career Margaret Musgrave, AIT is a Licensed Green Realtor, Interior Architecture and Color Consultant. She is in charge of Design Project Management and an accomplished Choreographer. A&M has worked on a diversity of project scales that fuse beauty, sustainability and resilience into a coherent built environment. Our work includes a variety of seminal projects including a patented Energy Saving Window, Sustainable Public and Private residential projects, Eco Schools, Historic Preservation work and others.
