We are a project management / design-based firm, which places significant emphasis on our ability to assess and respond to the urban design, environmental, cultural, programmatic and aesthetic issues of each project. Fundamental to our practice is our emphasis on rigorous examination of specific programmatic issues underlying each project, their compliance, feasibility and the consequent preparation and critiquing of a range of related design options. The pursue is success. We see it as the ultimate goal of each project.
